Play Pineboek first act
This play by the Terschellinger toneelvereniging aaster joonpraters is about Heer Popma, who called himself Heer van Schellingerland in the Middle Ages. It is a comedy in three acts based on the play 'the imagined Sick', written by Molière and translated into Aasters, the local dialect on the eastern part of Terschelling. The Easter joonpraters moved the story to Terschelling where the Popma family lived in Oosterend in a stins, a medieval, defensible, habitable Tower. The Lord of the house is hypochondriac and suffers from imaginary ailments while there are also all kinds of unexpected events taking place in his house. The performances took place in november 2018.
