Carel Schut from TerschellingFilm and Flip Tocila from Studio Brandaris Terschelling have been working together for years. This year they filmed the Fjoertoer 2016 together. The tour was dedicated to the commemoration of 1666, a disaster year for Vlieland and in particular for Terschelling (http://www.1666-terschelling.nl/). Two versions of the film have been made, one for the organization of the Fjoertoer and one for the 1666-2016 Terschelling Foundation. The film gives an impression of the famous walking tour de Fjoertoer, which this year was dominated by the disastrous events in 1666 in which fire played a major role. https://fjoertoerterschelling.nl/
