Making a crocodile at Doodemanskisten 2013
During the autumn storm on October 28, 2013, the thickest pine at lake Doodemanskisten on Terschelling unfortunately did not remain. The Vlielander Forestry Commission forester Pieter Schaper is very good at using chainsaw and chisel. He made this work of art. In fact, the new crocodile is about ninety years old: the Corsican pines were planted there about ninety years ago.
