Timber for ship Willem Barentsz 2014
In the coming years, Willem Barentsz's ship will be rebuilt in the Frisian seaport of Harlingen, as much as possible according to the construction method of the late 16th century. Some of the timber comes from the forests of Staatsbosbeheer at Terschelling where a number of pines were blown over during the storms in 2013.
